2. Registration and Listing HelpFirst Time UsersTo sign up to the Student Accommodation website, simply click the 'Register Now’ button located in the right hand menu. Select the listing type you wish to register for and fill out your Name and Email information. You will be directed to a secure page with the National Bank of New Zealand to process your credit card information. Once you have successfully paid for your listing, you will be sent a confirmation email with detail of your purchase and link to access your new listing. You should store your user login information in a safe place to refer to. Upon completion of the transaction process, you will be able to enter your listing information and images, which will be submitted to the live site once you click ‘Upload’. Remember you may only enter your details once before they are published. Be sure to read the instructions with regards to correctly creating your listing. If you are having trouble accessing your account or with a listing, please contact information@studentaccommodation.co.nz. Registered UsersOnce you have become a registered user, you will not need to go through the sign up process again. Simply click the ‘My Account’ button located in the top right menu and enter your email address and password. This is the same information that you would have received in your confirmation email. Purchase Extra listingsIf you wish to purchase additional listings, simply login to your existing account using the steps above, and click the ‘Order more Listings’ button located in your user menu. Repurchase an existing listingIf you wish to re-use an existing listing you can simply login to your existing account, and follow these simple steps: 1. Click the 'Order More Listings' link 2. Select the amount of listings you would like to purchase (this includes NEW and OLD listings) Note: When you order more listings, these should be viewed as ‘account credits’. You can then use these credits to create new listings, or re-use an existing listing you have already created. If you select to re-use a listing, it will deduct 1 credit from your listings account. 3. Follow the credit card procedure to make payment Note: You will be directed to a secure page with the National Bank of New Zealand to process your credit card information. Once the transaction has been successfully completed, you will have the opportunity to alter any of the existing information in the listing before placing it live on the site. 4. Return to your listings and beside the listing you want to RE-USE, click the ‘RELIST’ button 5. Check your details are correct as normal, or make changes such as price or available date 6. Click Submit! Forgotten PasswordIf you have forgotten your password, simply click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the ‘My Account’ page and enter your email address. An activation code will be mailed to you to get a new password activated. This will expire within one hour of requesting it. |
