By registering for the Student Accommodation services, you acknowledge that you accept and will comply with our Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions may be amended in whole or in part by Student Accommodation from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this web site. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Your continued use of the service represents your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

Student Accommodation NZ Ltd reserves the right to remove or alter any listing which promotes or advertises a business, product, service or website on our site and/or promotion and use of any URLs which have not been authorized by Student Accommodation NZ Ltd management.

Description of Service

Student Accommodation is a web site designed to provide Landlords or property owners with a medium to advertise their rental property to potential tenants. This is a paid service available to New Zealand residents.

Student Accommodation also provides the facility for students to find a flatmate by way of a virtual notice board. This is a free service for New Zealand students only. Any persons found to be utilising this free service for financial gain or profit may have their listing edited or removed.

Personal Details

By using the services on this web site, you warrant that any information entered in the registration process is true, accurate and current personal information.

Users of this site agree not to submit content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of personal information. Student Accommodation reserves the right to remove or edit such content.

Your Privacy

Student Accommodation does not rent or sell your personal information to any third party.

We release personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights or safety of Student Accommodation, our users, or others.

Listing Fees and Returns Policy

Student Accommodation charges fees for the use of this web site as an advertising facility.

Listing fees are charged at the time of listing and are not refundable.

Student Accommodation may (at our sole discretion) refund a listing fee if the transaction is not successfully completed. To report any errors with a transaction, users should contact our administrator at: information@studentaccommodation.co.nz

Student Accommodation reserves the right to change the fees charged on our listings at any time. In the event that prices are changed, the new pricing will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated.

All prices and transactions processed on this website are in New Zealand dollars only and unless stated include GST.

The listing service on this site is available to New Zealand residents and students only.

Credit Card Security

Student Accommodation does not store or hold any credit card information. Online transactions through this site are processed securely by Paystation and the National Bank. You can review the Terms and Conditions here: (Paystation), (National Bank)

If your credit card has been used to process a transaction without your permission, you should contact your bank to rectify the situation. Student Accommodation is not responsible in any way for tracking the use of lost or stolen credit cards.

Advertising and Third Party Links

Some Student Accommodation advertisers may request information directly from users, or link to sites that do so. Student Accommodation has no control over its advertisers' privacy policies, and encourages users to review such policies prior to submitting any personal information to them.

Student Accommodation may contain advertising links to a variety of third party sites which vary on a regular basis. Student Accommodation has no control of either the content or privacy policies of such sites, nor should such links be considered an endorsement of these sites except where otherwise noted.
